Before I tested it as the trial version and found it the only program available that really helps to clean up the web space of one of my bigger customers with hundreds of files and images.
So far it is a bit complicated to work around various PHP calls which cause orphans that are not really orphans.
I trie to work around this by means of a dummy file with links to all files which are called via PHP. That seem to be useful.
